LIVING AREA, HALLWAYS, DINING AREA, BEDROOMS, DEN & FOYERS:

Dusting – furniture, door frames, pictures, window ledges, louvered doors, blinds, ceiling fans, lampshades

Remove cobwebs if any

Vacuum under all seat cushions

Clean mirrors and glass surfaces (no windows)

Clean glass doors

Clean all light switches and socket covers if needed

Vacuum all carpets & rugs

Wood floors vacuumed or swept and mopped

BATHROOMS:

Clean/sanitize sinks

Clean/sanitize tubs, shower and shower doors, toilet, tile walls

Clean outlet covers if needed

Clean mirrors (must be clear no streaks or smudges)

Dust light fixtures

Clean sink and tub fixtures

Clean and sanitize countertops

Sweep & Mop Floors

Remove any trash & replace trash bag in can

KITCHEN:

Clean counter tops

Clean inside/outside microwave

Wipe down cabinet facings if needed

Clean outlet covers if needed

Clean exteriors of all appliances (empty toaster drawer)

Clean sinks & faucets

Sweep & Mop floors

Clean exterior of refrigerator (wipe down inside if needed)

Clean exterior of oven (wipe down inside if needed)

Clean exterior of dishwasher

Check dishwasher - if clean dishes, put them away - if dirty, start dishwasher

Shake out any rugs outside

Clean sliding glass doors if any

Clean window above sink if there is one

Remove trash and replace with a new trash bag
